Two-time GRAMMY Award-winning comedian Lewis Black is bringing Lewis Black Live to The Palazzo Theatre inside The Venetian Resort on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 8 p.m. — Halloween weekend. Tickets start at $39 plus applicable fees and go on general sale Friday, May 22 at 10 a.m. PT.
Black just wrapped his Goodbye Yeller Brick Road tour — billed as his final tour after 35-plus years on the road — but he's not disappearing. Lewis Black Live is his new chapter: select shows while he refocuses on writing a new play, a new book, and expanding his podcast RantCast. Lewis Black is the longest-running contributor on Comedy Central's The Daily Show and one of the most decorated stand-up comedians working today. He won his first GRAMMY in 2007 for The Carnegie Hall Performance — recorded after a sold-out show at Carnegie Hall — and his second in 2011 for Stark Raving Black, with six total nominations across his career. His stand-up specials have aired on HBO, Comedy Central, Showtime, and Epix.
His latest special, Tragically, I Need You (2023), has surpassed 2.3 million views on YouTube and covers the pandemic, a world that keeps getting stranger, and the chaos of recent American life — all delivered in Black's trademark style of escalating, precise fury. He's also the voice of Anger in Pixar's Inside Out and the 2024 box office hit Inside Out 2, which was the highest-grossing film of that year.
Beyond stand-up, Black is a published playwright with over 40 plays performed nationally, including at A.C.T. Theatre, the Magic Theatre, The Williamstown Theatre Festival, and The Public Theatre.
