Is Rouge actually a topless show?
Yes. Rouge is a topless adult entertainment production show. Performers are topless throughout the performance. This is not a partially adult show or an "adult themes" show — it is a topless show. The 18+ age requirement exists for this reason and is enforced strictly at the door. If you're attending with a group, make sure everyone in the group understands what the show is before purchasing tickets.
What ID is accepted at the door?
Government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID card, or passport. The age minimum is 18 and is enforced with no exceptions. Bring valid ID for every person in your group. What bags are allowed inside?

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod is located at 2000 S Las Vegas Blvd at the northern end of the Strip — north of Circus Circus, close to Sahara Avenue. It's easily accessible by rideshare from anywhere on the Strip and has on-site self-parking. The STRAT Theater is inside the hotel; follow signage from the main entrance.
