The show evolves — new illusions cycle in regularly and the energy Nathan brings to the room stays consistent whether it's your first visit or your fifth. The theater is intimate, he meets the audience after every show, and the VIP Couch experience is genuinely different each time depending on who's sitting in it. Worth coming back.

Seventy minutes of large-scale illusions, close-up magic that happens in the audience's hands, beautiful showgirls, and Nathan's genuinely funny stage presence. He's been doing this on the Strip since 2001 and multiple seasons of America's Got Talent. The theater was built specifically for this show. At $28 for an afternoon time slot, it's one of the more accessible quality magic shows running on the Strip right now.

About Nathan Burton Comedy Magic

Nathan Burton has been headlining on the Las Vegas Strip since 2001. That's more than two decades of nightly performances — a track record that doesn't happen without a show worth coming back to. Multiple seasons on America's Got Talent gave him a national profile, but the performance that had an estimated 1.4 billion viewers watching was a live appearance on China's Got Talent. The Strip career came first, and it's what's kept him here. Now he performs in his own purpose-built theater inside FlyOver Las Vegas, between Hard Rock Cafe and Ross on the Strip.

🌵
Spike's Take $28 for a 70-minute afternoon magic show in a room that was built for it — no bad angles, intimate enough that the close-up magic actually lands. The VIP Couches and VIP section are both the Sidekick Pick here. If you've got kids or you need a show that works for everyone in the group without negotiation, this is the call.

The show covers the full range of magic: large-scale stage illusions at rapid-fire pace alongside close-up magic that happens directly in the audience's hands. Beautiful showgirls are part of the production. Nathan stays after every performance to meet the audience and take photos — a detail that matters more than it sounds when you have kids who just watched someone disappear in front of them. All ages, no restrictions, 4 PM every day except Thursday.

What to Expect

🎩 Large-Scale Illusions + Close-Up Magic
The show covers both ends of the magic spectrum. Large stage illusions run at rapid-fire pace while close-up magic happens directly in the audience's hands. The combination keeps the energy moving and the room engaged throughout the full 70 minutes — there isn't a slow section built into the format.
🎭 Comedy, Showgirls & Personality
This isn't a straight-faced prestige magic show. Nathan Burton's casual, genuinely funny stage presence is built into every act. Beautiful showgirls are part of the full production. The room is intimate enough that the comedy lands — you're close enough to see every reaction and every setup pay off.
📸 Meet & Greet After the Show
Nathan stays after every performance to meet the audience and take photos. If you've got kids who just watched someone vanish from a box in front of them, this is the moment that makes the day. It's not rushed — it's part of the show experience, not a VIP add-on.
📷 Check Before You Shoot
Still photos may be welcome — check with your usher before you pull out a camera. Flash photography is strictly prohibited. Video recording is not permitted. If an usher asks you to stop, put the phone away. This is enforced.

Actual couch seating — angled clusters flanking the stage on both sides plus a center row directly in front of the performance area. The most premium and most intimate experience in the Nathan Burton Theater. You're as close to the illusions as you can get, and Nathan is most likely to interact directly with this section during the show. If you want the full immersive front-of-house experience, this is it.
Theater seats directly behind VIP Couches — dedicated VIP seating with clear sight lines to the full stage. The Nathan Burton Theater is an intimate purpose-built room, which means VIP here is legitimately close. You'll catch every large-scale illusion and every close-up moment clearly from this section. The sweet spot for the full show experience. This is where Spike sits.
Mid-house theater seating behind the VIP section. In a room purpose-built for this show, Preferred is still a genuinely strong seat — the theater's intimate design means you're never far from the stage. Strong sight lines throughout, good angle for both the large illusions and the close-up segments, and a comfortable mid-room position. Spike recommends this section too — both VIP and Preferred deliver the show.
The rear section of the Nathan Burton Theater. At $28 a ticket, Standard still puts you inside a purpose-built magic theater on the Las Vegas Strip watching a performer who has been headlining here since 2001. The room is intimate enough that Standard isn't a distant back-of-house situation — it's further from the stage, but still connected to the performance.

Frequently Asked

Yes — Nathan Burton Comedy Magic is one of the best family magic shows on the Strip. All ages welcome, no age restrictions, and children 2 and under sit on a lap for free. The comedy and magic combination works on every age in the room simultaneously, and Nathan stays after the show to meet the audience and take photos. For families with young children, that post-show meet-and-greet tends to be a highlight.
Still photos may be welcome as long as they don't interfere with the show or other guests — check with your usher before shooting. Flash photography is strictly prohibited. Video recording is not permitted. If an usher asks you to stop, put the phone away. Nathan does meet the audience after the show, so there will be a clear opportunity for photos then.
The Nathan Burton Theater is located inside FlyOver Las Vegas at 3771 S Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 160 — between Hard Rock Cafe and Ross Dress for Less on the Strip. Enter through the FlyOver Las Vegas entrance on the Strip; the theater is just inside. Note that the show no longer performs at Planet Hollywood — some older listings may still show that address. Paid self-parking is available in the garage off Las Vegas Boulevard.
The show performs Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 4:00 PM. The show is dark on Thursdays. Always verify the current schedule before purchasing.
Arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime is recommended. Your seat may be given away to walk-up guests if you haven't arrived by showtime — this is standard policy at the Nathan Burton Theater. The FlyOver building is easy to find on the Strip, so give yourself enough time to park or get dropped off and get settled in your section before the show starts.
Refunds are available for exceptional circumstances such as the unlikely event that a show cancels. Check the full terms and conditions before purchasing.
