About Mat Franco
Mat Franco is from North Providence, Rhode Island, and has been performing magic since he was a kid. In 2014 he won Season 9 of America's Got Talent — the first magician ever to win the competition in nine seasons of the show. The performance that won it was a close-up card routine done in front of a panel that had seen thousands of acts. It still landed. That's the version of the show you're walking into in Las Vegas, scaled up for a dedicated theater that was built for him at The LINQ Hotel right in the center of the Strip.
The show is called Magic Reinvented Nightly because the audience interaction makes it literally true — who ends up in the bits, what they say, how they react shapes the performance differently each time. Mat's style is casual and warm compared to some of the other magic shows on the Strip. It plays big for families and date nights alike. He's been headlining at The LINQ since 2015, which in Las Vegas terms makes this a proven institution. The theater's layout runs from Premium at the front through two bands of Preferred and on back to Reserved and Table sections — the room has good sight lines throughout.
